Semi-synthetic cutting fluid contains a small amount of mineral oil, balancing lubrication and cooling. It reduces tool wear and improves workpiece surface finish, while dissipating heat and flushing chips. It offers good inter-process rust protection and excellent hard water resistance with low foaming. Stable and less prone to spoilage. Dilute with water before use. Widely used for turning, milling and drilling of carbon steel, cast iron and aluminum alloy.
